Our Production Process
Every event begins with detailed pre-production planning. We work with your event team to understand the program flow, audience size, venue constraints, and creative vision. We produce technical riders, stage plots, power distribution plans, and equipment lists — all reviewed and approved before we start loading equipment.
On event day, our crews arrive early for load-in, system build, and thorough testing. Sound checks, lighting focuses, video playback verification, and communication checks happen before doors open. During the event, our technical director manages all production elements — calling cues, coordinating crew, and ensuring every transition is seamless. After the event, our strike crews break down and remove all equipment efficiently, leaving the venue exactly as we found it.
For recurring events, we build on previous years’ production books — refining what worked, improving what didn’t, and incorporating new technology and creative elements.
